RV is given to you with a full gas tank, full propane tank, full fresh water tank, empty gray & black water tanks, sparkling clean.
Rental Return Procedures: fill gas tank, fill propane tank, empty gray & black water tanks (or cassette toilet if applicable). Charges will apply if these items are not completed. Cost of gas plus $25 service fee. Cost of propane plus $25 service fee. Dumping fee $50.
Our hours are 10am-3pm. Rentals are in 24 hour time periods. For example: If you pick up at 10am your vehicle is due back at 10am on your scheduled return date. Additional hours will be charged at $15/hour. If you are not back by 5pm you will be charged for an additional night. Please communicate with us if you are running behind schedule. We offer on site parking. Please let us know if you will be leaving a car with us.
Add Ons: Camper van and Class C rentals are not equipped with kitchen utensils or linens but may be added on for a small fee. Travel trailers come with a full kitchen package, however linens are not provided. If you would like to add a kitchen package or linens to your rental please notify us at least 36 hours before your reservation to ensure availability. We also have these additional add ons -Gas Grills starting at $25 -Generators 3500 W $20/day and 2000 W $20/day -Inflatable Stand up Paddleboard $10/day -Kayak Rack (BYO kayaks) $10/day -Bike Rack $5/day (2 or 4 bike rack options) -Hammock $10 -Camping Chairs ($4) If there’s something you need that we don’t provide please ask and we’ll try to accommodate your requests.
Tips for a great trip: -Use disposable dishes to save water if you will be camping without hookups. -Pack light! Storage space is limited in RV’s especially Class B vans. -Use soft sided luggage that can be stowed or no luggage to conserve space. -Headlamps work better than flashlights when moving around a campsite.
